You may remember Taylor Momsen as Jenny Humphrey on the hit CW television series Gossip Girl, but you may not know that she played Cindy Lou Who in Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Taylor is currently the lead vocalist in the hard rock band The Pretty Reckless and they seriously do rock hard!
