Gossip Girl apparently doesn't do a traditional Halloween episode. Instead, this year's festivities involve the opening of Chuck's new hotel, with a 1920's flapper-theme party. Blair looks gorgeous, as always, as does Serena. But you know who doesn't? Jenny. She needs a new look immediately. This long white-blonde hair with khol-rimmed eyes is not doing her any favors.
