Here’s what the 17-year-old Pretty Reckless singer and actress had to share:
On whether she minds being labeled the Junior Courtney Love: “No, because she’s awesome. She just isn’t one of my idols or direct influences, despite what people think. The public decided that for themselves, but I’m not going to complain, because she is great.”
On her makeup tricks: “I have a bounty of products. Bedhead’s black eyeliner is really good—it lasts a long time—but the only thing is you can’t smear it, so I have smudge black eyeshadow around it. Also, lately I have been using red eye makeup!”
FYI: Taylor recently clarified remarks she made to Spin about rock. “It’s a misquote,” she told T4. “I was arguing the difference between rock vs. pop…I wasn’t insulting Rihanna!”
